Monthly retainer

Monthly photo and video retainer for agents and brands

Great for realtor teams and offices: everyone on the team can share one retainer, within the plan's monthly limits.

Use your monthly hours on listing photos and video. Slow month? Put them toward branding, headshots and social media content.

Retainer plans typically start around $2,000 a month. Every plan is built around your goals, how often you shoot, and how much content you need, with nonprofit and multi-location options. We'll shape yours on a quick call.

Trusted by

The same team big brands trust, working for you every month.

Howard Hughes uses our photography for the Bridgeland billboards and for most of their ads and flyers. DuroMax counts on us for monthly content. We've worked at NASA, and NASA uses our photos. With a retainer, you get that same work for your brand.

Who it is for

Realtors

Your listings and your brand, in one monthly plan.

Great for teams and offices. One retainer covers the whole team. Every agent can share the monthly hours for listings, headshots and brand content, within the plan's limits.

If you choose us, you're getting the same work Howard Hughes trusts for Bridgeland, now for your own brand every month.

Busy month for listings? Put the hours there. Slow month? Build your brand with headshots, agent intros, neighborhood spots and area tours.

  1. 1. Your feed stays full of new content about you, not just your listings.
  2. 2. First pick of shoot times when the calendar allows, which matters most in the spring rush.
  3. 3. Photos and video from one team in one visit, with digital rights, so you can post them anywhere.

Businesses

Fresh content every month, without adding staff.

  1. 1. A better value than one-time commercial shoots, which typically run $2,450 each.
  2. 2. A steady library for your website, social posts, ads and recruiting.
  3. 3. Scheduling priority when the calendar allows, and you can use everything we make however you like.

Extra hours

Extra hours are $200 an hour on site, or $150 an hour for pre and post production.
