How much does real estate photography cost in Houston?

Listing photos start at $180 for 25 to 32 photos, or $225 for 40 to 50. Bundles start at $325. Our most popular, Bundle 3, is $400, and Bundle 5, the full luxury set, is $625. Listed prices apply within 25 driving miles of Bridgeland. From 25 to 40 miles, the booking page adds a $15 travel fee with a $180 minimum. From 40 to 70 miles, it's $30 with a $325 minimum. Do I need drone photos for my listing?

Drone photos show the lot, the backyard and what's nearby, like lakes, parks and trails, which ground photos can't. We fly FAA Part 107 certified. Aerial photos are included in several bundles, or $150 as an add-on. If an HOA restricts drones, we follow its rules.

What is twilight photography, and is it worth it?

Twilight photos are taken at dusk with every light on, so the home glows against the evening sky. They make a strong cover photo. One Premium Twilight photo is $180 on its own and is included in Bundles 4 and 5. Twilight starts about 2 hours before sunset. If you want daytime photos first, we can come back at dusk for a $50 second-trip fee plus mileage.

Does the seller need to be home, and does the house need staging?

No. If access is set up with a lockbox, gate code or a meeting time, no one needs to be home. We shoot vacant and occupied homes, and staging isn't required. Before we arrive, turn on every light, open the blinds and clear the counters and driveway.

What happens if it rains?

If weather makes the drone or outdoor photos unsafe, we reschedule that part at no charge. Interior photos can usually still happen on the original day.

How long does a shoot take?

Photos only take about 1 hour. Every bundle is a 2-hour shoot. Add-ons done onsite add about 30 minutes.

Do you shoot outside Cypress?

Photos, video or a bundle: which should I pick?

Our most popular package is Bundle 3 at $400: 32 photos, aerial photos, and Video Lite or a social media reel. Photos only start at $180. For a luxury listing, Bundle 5 at $625 adds a Premium Twilight photo and video with aerial footage. Compare them on the pricing page (/pricing).

Do you photograph rentals and leased homes?

Yes. We shoot rentals and leased homes the same way we shoot listings for sale.

Will my name be on the listing video?

Listing videos can end with your name and contact information. If your MLS doesn't allow branding, tell us when you book.

Do you shoot commercial work?

Yes. Howard Hughes uses our photography for the Bridgeland billboards and for most of their ads and flyers. We've worked at NASA, and NASA uses our photos, including our clean room photos for the asteroid Bennu mission. We've also shot for DuroMax.
