McCurdy Media is based in Bridgeland, so a Bridgeland listing is close to home for us. The lakes and the streets around them are part of the work we do in a normal week, along with Cypress and the Highway 290 corridor.
McCurdy Media shoots photos and video, in house. No subcontractors. A visit can be stills only, or a 2 hour bundle that adds drone, twilight, or video. Since 2015 we have photographed 2,551 listings across Cypress, Bridgeland and Northwest Houston.
Howard Hughes uses our photography for the Bridgeland billboards and for most of their ads and flyers, and many of the photos on the Bridgeland website, including its news pages, are ours, shot over the years. What we shoot for Bridgeland listings
- Listing photos. A 25 to 32 photo set is $180. A 40 to 50 photo set is $225.
- Drone aerials. Our drone work is FAA Part 107 certified. Aerial Photography is $180 and Aerial Video is $250 on their own, and aerials are built into the bundles.
- Twilight photos. One Premium Twilight photo is $180 on its own, and Bundle 4 and Bundle 5 include one.
- Listing video. Video Lite and Social Media Reel are $200 on their own and are part of several bundles.
- 360 Virtual Tour. $250 as an add on to a listing visit. It is not Matterport.

A 25 to 32 photo set is $180. A 40 to 50 photo set is $225. Every bundle is a 2 hour visit, and bundles start at $325. Bundle 3 is $400. Bundle 4 is $425 and adds a Premium Twilight. - Are you based in Bridgeland?
- Yes. McCurdy Media is based in Bridgeland, so Bridgeland listings are inside our standard service area with no travel fee. Miles on the booking page are driving miles from Bridgeland, and a travel fee shows only when the listing is outside the standard area.

- Can you fly a drone or shoot twilight in Bridgeland?
- Twilight is photographed from the ground at the house. For aerials, we fly only where the community allows it. If an HOA restricts drones, the photos and video still happen and the aerials come off that visit. If weather makes a drone or twilight unsafe, we reschedule that part at no charge.
- Do you shoot listing video and 360 tours in Bridgeland?
- Yes. McCurdy Media shoots photos and video, in house. Video Lite is $200 on its own and is included in several bundles. A 360 Virtual Tour is a $250 add on to a listing visit. It is not Matterport. Hosting is included for 6 months, then it is $150 to keep the public link live.
- How soon do Bridgeland agents get the files?
- Photos are usually ready in 24 to 48 hours. Video is about 3 days.
